I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?

Yes, you definitely can. If you don't have your insurance card on you at the time of your appointment you will be required to pay the full amount of your detail bill at the end of your appointment. You can then claim your insurance later either online or in your insurance's store.

When do I pay?

You MUST pay all dental bills at the end of your appointment.

What is your new patient procedure?

All new patients need to fill out and sign one of our confidential Medial Forms. This is so we know your Dental and Medical history so we can provide you with the best and safest dental care possible.

Do you do payment plans?

No, we do not allow payment plans but we do provide Afterpay for any dental bills over $500.00

Is my child eligible for Medicare dental (CDBS)?

If you are unsure if your child is eligible for the child dental scheme through Medicare please contact one of our staff members and give us your Medicare number and child's reference number. We are happy to check your child's eligibility for you.

How much will that cost?

Unfortunately until we look in your mouth we are unable to give any quotes or prices. If you have any concerns on prices please ask our lovely Dentist for a quote before he proceeds with any treatment.
